are the person needing CPR or First Aid is a loved one.

The most important link in the chain of survival is you.
It is a proven fact that early bystander CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation)
and early AED (automated external defibrillator) use can greatly
improve the survival rate.
Ponder’s Lifesaving Skills offers American Heart Association approved
instructor and provider classes in CPR, AED, and First Aid
training to businesses, schools, government agencies and the general community
in the Houston and surrounding area.
Initial and recertification classes are also available for ACLS and BTLS.
We offer scheduled classes at our training center as well as on-site training.
Our goal is to educate everyone of the importance of early 911 activation,
early bystander CPR and AED, and early First Aid.
With knowledge, you can make a difference.
